中國環境標志產品認證 全世界最早的環境標志是德國的“藍色天使”，誕生于1978年

綠色產品上的生態標簽，可以向消費者傳遞明確的綠色消費品信息。消費者通過購買綠色產品，等于用真金白銀來支持環保，并保證自己的健康與安全。

吳冷介紹，全世界最早的環境標志是德國的“藍色天使”，誕生于1978年。1992年，在巴西里約熱內盧召開了聯合國環境與發展大會。

Wu Leng introduced that the earliest environmental symbol in the world is the "Blue Angel" in Germany, which was born in 1978. In 1992, the United Nations Conference on environment and development was held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

在大會的感召下，1993年很多國家開始推出生態標簽，環境標志領域的國際非政府組織“全球生態標簽網絡”（GEN，也譯作“全球環境標志網絡”）也應運而生，各個國家的生態標簽成為組織里的成員。

Inspired by the conference, many countries began to launch eco labels in 1993. The international non-governmental organization "global eco label network" (Gen, also translated as "global environmental label network") in the field of environmental labeling also came into being. Eco labels in various countries have become members of the organization.

也是在這一年，當時國家環境保護局（環保部前身）的解振華局長提出，中國也要開展環境產品的標準化工作，然后就向全社會征集環境產品標志的設計，同時開始制定相應標準化工作的計劃、規則、程序。

Also in that year, Xie Zhenhua, director of the State Environmental Protection Administration (the predecessor of the Ministry of environmental protection), proposed that China should also carry out the standardization of environmental products, then solicit the design of environmental product signs from the whole society, and begin to formulate corresponding standardization plans, rules and procedures.

1993年8月25日，當時的國家環保局向社會發布了“中國環境標志”的圖形；

On August 25, 1993, the then State Environmental Protection Bureau released the graphics of "China environmental logo" to the society;

到了1994年，中國環境標志產品的認證標準正式出臺，形成了今天廣為人知的“中國環境標志產品認證”（俗稱“十環認證”）體系。

In 1994, the certification standard of China's environmental labeling products was officially issued, forming today's well-known "China Environmental Labeling Product Certification" (commonly known as "ten ring certification") system.
